Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. All entries must be received by the time and date stated in the post. Winners will be selected at random.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry。
4. Employees and family members of employees are not eligible to enter.
5. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with something of equal or higher value.
6. The winner will be expected to show his/her identity card when picking up the prize. A photo of the IC and giveaway gift will be snapped. In an event where the winner authorizes someone else to pickup the prize, the winner should provide us with the authorized persons name and identity card number before the pickup.
7. The winner will have to give us a review with photo on the social media as proof of receiving the giveaway.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Unicare Pharmacy’s reasonable control, Unicare reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition of these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Unicare Pharmacy after the winner has been selected.
11. There will be no charges for picking- up of the prize from Unicare Pharmacy outlets. Delivery charges will be imposed depending on the delivery address.
12. Unicare Pharmacy will only keep the prize for 1 month, and will give it to other participants if the winner fail to pick it up within the time frame.

Giveaway Cash Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Customers who are awarded our cash Voucher must use this voucher before the specified deadline. Beyond the stipulated validity date, this voucher shall be deemed invalid.
2. This cash voucher is non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
3. Each individual is entitled to one voucher only.
4. This cash voucher is exclusively applicable to selected brands of milk powder.
5. Please be advised that this questionnaire is conducted solely for the purposes of market research and shall not be disclosed to any external parties.
